    TT-103B Automatic 20-Axis production line machine is a fully automatic 20-axis assembly line with a spindle spacing of 45mm. It encompasses a human vibrating plate to automatically feed, pin winding, glue, solder, test, and place into the plate. It is easy to operate and can be optionally glued.

    Principal and Optional Features

u The fuselage is made of high-grade resin sand castings, and the base is seamless welded with steel plates, which can bear heavy load, reduce noise and vibration, and increase the stability of the machine. Adopt imported screw, guide rail, cylinder, belt, servo motor, sensor, etc.

u The main shaft uses Japanese NSK high-speed bearings and Japan Fuji servo motors, which have the characteristics of high speed, accurate positioning, low noise and long service life.

u The terminal winding can be realized in both vertical and horizontal directions, and the waste wire can be pulled off or cut off.

u Programming method: touch screen programming, providing human-machine interactive teaching system to achieve the programming effect of what you see and what you get.
