TT-201S Customized Electrical Properties Test Equipment is a detection and sorting equipment developed for the factors such as the large amount of detection data and the cumbersome detection process of the current transformer.

The equipment comprises of withstand voltage instruments, Nakagawa angle difference ratio instruments, internal resistance instruments, inductance instruments, volt-ampere instruments, and turn-to-turn instruments to realize simultaneous online detection of withstand voltage, angle difference ratio differences, internal resistance, inductance, and volt-ampere. The equipment will judge the performance of the product according to the test results, and then the manipulator will take out the product according to different performances. Realize automatic grabbing and sorting products.The equipment includes two sets of testers, which separate the high-voltage test (withstanding voltage test and inter-turn test) from the low-voltage test (angle difference, inductance, internal resistance, and volt-ampere).

Working principle: Manually put the product on the empty jig, clamp the wire, transfer it to the test station for withstand voltage, and then transfer it to the test angle difference ratio difference station, and then transfer the fixture to the sorting station, and then the manipulator clamps out products with different performances.
